Information on MPUL licences
With effect from the 13th July 2009 there will be NO need to have a licence to operate as a multiple pick-up/drop-off site. Pick-ups and drop-offs can be made providing they take place on the perimeter of holdings either by tail-gating, use of pens or temporary pens. For full rules visit DEFRA website.
